"Irises Forever" was painted for and given as a wedding present to my son, Ben, and his wife, Chrissie. Irises are the first flowers that Ben gave Chrissie and remain their favorite.
Corky - What a wonderful surprise to see your artwork. I can say "I remember him when he was in the Army and stationed at Fort Eustis and then in Mannheim." I bet that Venetian effort you are working on will be a lot more beautiful than that dreadful hotel where the group of us stayed in the summer of 1969.
